The opening time trial saw Rally Cycling claim the top three spots by the World Champion in the Team Pursuit Kelly Catlin, Canadian newcomer Sara Bergen and Olympic bronze medalist Kirsti Lay. The yellow jersey of Catlin soloed to the line in the second stage road race ahead of teammate Bergen while Caitlin Laroche also finished sixth on the day. Sunday's finale, saw a change in leadership as Catlin needed to divert back to Minneapolis early for class on Monday. It was Kirsti Lay who took the bull by the horns in Sunday's circuit race. Lay soloed away from the field, building an insurmountable lead at the finish of 7:36 minutes to take the stage and the overall. Bergen again placed second on the day in the field sprint.
