What inspires you to ride?

My dad. When I was 13 he took me on my first road ride. It was and still is a bonding activity for us. I also love the freedom and adventure that it enables right out the door.

Racing obstacle you overcame?

Broken bones. Overtraining.

Favorite cheat meal?

Is it cheating if I burn enough calories on my ride? My cheats are gelato and chocolate.

Favorite healthy meal or snack?

Venison steak and sweet potatoes.

Rest, recovery, and sleep.

What motivates you to ride?

I’m competitive with myself, to be better and stronger every day. I love exploring new roads and trails. I love to be part of a team and make valuable contributions towards a common goal. I want to inspire others and use my platform to make positive change in the world.
