What inspired you to ride?
I started riding when I was 16 together with my dad. I enjoyed the challenge to go longer and harder and to explore more places with my bike.
Racing obstacle you overcame?
So far I was quite lucky apart from some crashes with open skin.
Favorite cheat meal?
Chocolate. I admit I am a chocoholic and simply can`t resist. And ICE CREAM!
Favorite healthy meal or snack?
Buddha Bowls - the more colors and flavors the better!
Tip for staying healthy?
For my immune system I drink and eat loads of ginger, lemon juice and garlic. Body - keep it warm, core/stability work and stretching to reduce the risk of injury.
What motivates you to ride?
The feeling of being free and powerful.
