What inspired you to ride?
My dad and brother inspired me to ride at first, but then it was about the freedom you get while out on a bike.
Racing obstacle you overcame?
Not letting a good result get the better of you. There is always someone else training harder than you are.
Favorite cheat meal?
Carrot cake and ice cream.
Favorite healthy meal or snack?
Warmed up frozen berries, yogurt, maple syrup.
Tip for staying healthy?
Spend at least 30 min a day doing something you love or that will keep you relaxed.
What motivates you to ride?
I love being outside and I love racing. But I also love all the places you get to see and the endless opportunities this sport gives you.
