To try and become better every day!

Many injuries over the years.

Pizza but less cheese (for health).
Tip for staying healthy?
Get out there and exercise every day if you can.
What motivates you to ride?
The idea that I am able to experiment with my own body and try to discover what makes it tick as far as going faster on a bike. And, just being outside gives me great joy.
