One of the top riders in North America, Dal-Cin embraces the travel and experiences that professional cycling provides. He cites trips to Russia, Italy, France, Belgium and Morocco among the highlights of his career.

I was inspired by my parents to ride. Cycling has always been a favorite sport in my family, so I got an excellent introduction to the sport.

The expected recoveries from injuries you get racing your bike, a bit of road rash here and there and one season a broken leg.

Favorite cheat meal?

Poutine

Overnight Muesli cereal

Tip for staying healthy?

Try to eat healthy at least most of the time and pick an activity or sport you love doing so exercise doesn't feel like a chore.

What motivates you to ride?

On a beautiful day, going out to enjoy the outdoors. However, when it's rainy and cold out knowing that I get to ride my bike year round as my job motivates me to get out the door and get my workout in even on the yucky days.
