What inspired you to ride?
Watching LA at the Tour when I was growing up.
Racing obstacle you overcame?
Broken collarbone at the 2015 Joe Martin Stage Race set me back for most of the season. One of my main motivators to keep racing was that I felt I had unfinished business with the sport. The following year I nearly won Joe Martin.
Favorite cheat meal?
Hamburger and fries for dinner after a race or a greasy Chinese dinner any other time.
Favorite healthy meal or snack?
A big salad with fish or steak.
Tip for staying healthy?
Lots of vegetables with frequent and planned, meals or snacks to match your needs. Light to moderate exercise. Keeping busy outside of the home.
