What inspired you to ride?
Fell in love with the sport trying to get fit for hockey season. Ended up retiring from hockey a year later.
Racing obstacles you overcame?
Realizing that most of the time, if I'm hurting, everybody else must be hurting too. (Notice : unfortunately does not always apply)
Favorite cheat meal?
The biggest bowl of ramen you can think of.
Favorite healthy meal or snack?
Avocado or a salad with avocado.
Tip for staying healthy?
Exercise daily, even if it's just a little. It's your moment, enjoy it ! Keep in mind that staying healthy is not only related to your body, allow yourself cheat days and keep it simple.
What motivates you to ride?
Seeing how far I can get and push my limits. Always being able to improve something.
