What inspired you to ride?
I started with my dad when I was 10 or 11, just riding for fun and enjoying the challenge of riding longer and longer distances.
Racing obstacle you overcame?
Compared to those a stones throw away from me my life's been relatively easy.
Favorite cheat meal?
I try to take moderation in moderation
Favorite healthy meal or snack?
I make my own granola with whole grains, nuts and seeds that's been lightly sweetened with honey or maple syrup. Fruit and plain yogurt along with a sprinkling of granola are my go to.
Tip for staying healthy?
Trying to get as much regular sleep as possible. I try to wake up without an alarm nearly every day.
What motivates you to ride?
I enjoy the process of training, but conversing the surprise experiences that come with every ride are what makes being on the road every day something to look forward to.
