What inspired you to ride?
I just love riding a bike. I have been racing since I was 10 years old. It's that simple.
Racing obstacle you overcame?
Overcoming bad crashes has been the biggest obstacle for me.
Favorite cheat meal?
It changes at different times in the year but a good strong dark beers gets me not sure if you could call that a meal.
Favorite healthy meal or snack?
Hummus with vegetables.
Tip for staying healthy?
Eat heathy colourful foods and plan ahead when you are busy. For the past few years I have been taking probiotics and that has helped me a lot.
What motivates you to ride?
Staying healthy and seeing how far I can push myself.
