What inspired you to ride?
I have always been active and driven to compete. What hooked me and inspired me to race was competing at BC Super Week. It was at this criterium series that I got my first exposure to the highest level of racing in North America.
Racing obstacle you overcame?
The biggest obstacle I have to overcome is the steep learning curve of how to read a race and race as smart as possible.
Favorite cheat meal?
Chocolate, this isn’t a meal, but it should be.
Favorite healthy meal or snack?
Yogurt, Almonds, Chia and maple syrup
Tip for staying healthy?
Laugh a lot and practice that Zen, don’t let the little stresses in life get you down.
What motivates you to ride?
I love the adventure of cycling.
