What inspired you to ride?
I was only 11 years old and riding bikes was just plain fun. At the time, I had no idea what it would eventually lead to.
Racing obstacle you overcame?
Worlds, Norway 2017. I trained hard and had high expectations for myself, but nothing seemed to go right. It was devastating to say the least but I had to focus on the big picture and be thankful for all the things that had gone right. It also made me a stronger and better person.
Favorite cheat meal?
Chick-fil-A and Raising Cane's.
Favorite healthy meal or snack?
I love food, especially potatoes, avocado toast, (healthy) pizza, smoothies, and grapes.
Tip for staying healthy?
My biggest tip for staying healthy is to cook your meals at home, avoid eating out because you have no idea what’s in the food. Avoid highly processed foods and try to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise each day.
What motivates you to ride?
I love seeing how hard I can push myself.
