What inspired you to ride?
I was always trying to keep up with my older brothers, whether it was soccer or riding bikes around the neighborhood. I fell more and more in love with riding a bike as I got older.
Racing obstacle you overcame?
Flatting in a race, chasing back, and winning.
Favorite cheat meal?
Reaaaaal buttery grits, salty and delicious pork/beef.
Favorite healthy meal or snack?
Most fruits, cashews, homemade soups/curries.
Tip for staying healthy?
Do SOMETHING active every day. Walk/ride/core/stretch ,find time to try and get the heart rate up.
